Sentry Scoop - Terms of Service

By initiating service with Sentry Scoop, both parties agree to the following terms and responsibilities:

1. Access & Property Conditions

  • The client is responsible for maintaining safe, unobstructed access to the yard on scheduled service days.
  • If access is denied due to locked gates, aggressive animals, construction, or any other obstruction, the visit will be charged as scheduled.
  • Clients must ensure yards are free from hazards such as sharp objects, construction debris, or flooding.

2. Pet & Property Information

  • Clients must notify Sentry Scoop of any changes in the number of pets or relevant yard conditions.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of changes in access instructions, gate codes, or special circumstances.

3. Service Frequency & Scheduling

  • Recurring services are scheduled based on the selected plan (1x, 2x, or 3x per week).
  • Initial Cleanups are required for all new clients and must be completed before recurring service begins.
  • Clients may skip or pause service by notifying Sentry Scoop at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

4. Weather, Holidays & Delays

  • Inclement weather, natural disasters, or unsafe conditions may delay service. We will reschedule and resume service as soon as safely possible.
  • Services may also be adjusted around major holidays. Clients will be notified of schedule changes in advance.

5. Billing & Payments

  • All services are pre-billed every 4 weeks based on the selected service plan.
  • Payment is required to activate service. Ongoing service will auto-renew unless paused or canceled.
  • All invoices are due immediately to ensure uninterrupted service.

6. Liability & Safety

  • Sentry Scoop assumes no liability for damage to lawns, landscaping, gates, pets, or other property, except in cases of proven negligence.
  • We are not responsible for injuries or illnesses related to pet waste that existed prior to our service.

7. Waste Removal & Spray Add-Ons

  • Standard service includes waste removal from lawns and disposal in the client’s outdoor trash bin (unless alternate arrangements are made).
  • Add-on services (like Yard Guard disinfecting spray) are available for an additional fee and may require access to water.

8. Fees, Discounts & Service Changes

  • Prices, fees, and promotional offers are subject to change. Clients will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any pricing adjustments.
  • Service plan upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations must be made in writing (email or portal message is acceptable).

9. Service Cancellation

  • Either party may cancel service at any time, with written notice.
  • All prepaid services are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in rare cases at our discretion.



By initiating or continuing service, the client agrees to all terms outlined above.
